Kate Middleton takes a boxing challenge at Mental Health campaign launch

Kate donned a pair of gloves to try her hand at boxing to as part of Mind's initiative to promote exercise as being key to mental wellbeing

The Duchess of Cambridge showed she can pack a real punch today as she donned a pair of red boxing gloves for an impromptu boxing match. 

Kate, 34, was at London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park with her husband Prince William and his brother Prince Harry for the inaugural Heads Together  Mental Health event, which brings together some of the country's leading mental health charities to encourage people to speak openly about their issues and seek help.

Kate showed she's a good sport as she donned a pair of red boxing gloves

Kate and William joined three times world champion boxer Duke McKenzie MBE with the team from Mind to try their hand at throwing a few punches
